Our eight wonderful, individually styled and well-appointed rooms feature Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs for two, warm cozy fireplaces, flat screen TV’s, and daily morning baskets for a jumpstart on your sunrise nourishment. Our 24-hour coffee and refreshment station offers hot coffee presses with fresh ground Starbucks Coffee for morning and a select low impact decaf for lazy afternoons. Each room has its own refrigerator stocked with complimentary goodies, snacks, and beverages. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Advanced Payment totaling one night's stay including tax is required at time of reservation.
Gated parking available to our guests. To facilitate your check in, please pull up to the white loading zone in front of the hotel. Once registered you will receive a remote control for the parking garage.

Our entire facility is NON-SMOKING.
A huge cleaning fee will be charged to guests who do not respect this policy.
Check in time is 3:00pm. If you require an alternate in time, please inquire with the desk. We are pleased to make arrangements for an after-hours check in. Please contact the office if you will be arriving after 5:30 pm pst.

Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. The cancellation policy requires notice (10) days in advance of your reservation. Cancellations must be made via phone with a Casa Tropicana employee. The cancellation fee is $25. At the time of reservation, the total for a one-night stay including tax is secured as an advance payment. Cancellation policy for all holidays, group reservations and stays exceeding 5 days in length is 30 days.
If the reservation is changed or cancelled within ten (10) days of arrival, the guests remain responsible for the balance of the total reservation costs for the entire scheduled stay.
